Improvisations recorded live in performance at the Spitz, London, 19th May 2005 (tracks 3-6), and in Brighton (track 1) and Oxford (track 2) in 2004.

Originally released by Spitz Live Records, then re-released by Amazon Records in 2007. This edition remastered from the original concert recordings by Adrian Newton at Uplands, November 2018.
